We’re going further with enhanced safety measures that will help keep us all safe. From Touchless Drop-Offs, to Extra-Mile Care & Cleaning while servicing your vehicle, to utilizing Mobile Pay right on your phone. While we’re making things safer, we’re also simplifying our service experience and making it more convenient for you. Here’s how:
Going further to keep you safe
For your safety, Pep Boys is going further with Touchless Drop-Offs. All you have to do:
Make an appointment online
Park your vehicle at your local
Pep Boys Service & Tire Center
Locate the Early or Late Vehicle Drop Box outside of the building
Place your keys into a provided envelope, and write your name, email, and phone number on the front.
A Pep Boys Pro will contact you to confirm your service.
When your service is complete, we will sanitize your keys and return them to you in a plastic bag
Going further for safety and convenience.
When your vehicle is ready, your Pep Boys Service Manager will contact you and ask if you’d like to use Mobile Pay. Mobile Pay is safe, easy and secure for use both remotely and in-store :
You will be sent a link to your work order via text
Input your credit card information.
Please contact your store directly to apply any valid coupons
Upon completion of payment, you will receive a confirmation text
EXTRA-MILE CARE & CLEANING
Going further to sanitize high-touch surfaces.
From the minute your vehicle pulls in, we’re looking out for you. In addition to following all general safety and prevention guidelines, we:
Use seat and steering wheel covers
Disinfect door handles and high-touch surfaces
Sanitize your keys and return in a plastic bag
